After I had my daughter, I wanted to make sure I took the right steps to heal my body and to get back to the exercise I used to do including mountain biking. I did a weekly group workout session with Ali starting when Bessie was 3 months old. She gave me all the attention I needed to make sure I was doing the exercises the correct way for the level my body was at with recovering from a natural birth. Having a babysitter there definitely helped me to focus on the training. I believe if I hadn’t done this training, I would have started bike riding too early.
