Personal Training 5 Pack


Personal Training should be about supporting the whole woman – through all stages of life – whether it is adolescence, pregnancy, postpartum, or menopause – all these chapters are physically demanding and life changing. I take into consideration these changes + womens health research and your unique place in life to equip you with the strategies you need to return to riding or sport without SETBACKS.

If you are pregnant or postpartum I work closely with women’s health physiotherapists to help you optimise your recovery or birth, not hinder it.  My personal training method is to restore and to rebuild from the inside out, encourage quality movement, teach awareness and to help YOU stay injury-free, fit, strong and healthy for LIFE!

Sessions are 45mins each – and I travel to you and/or train outdoors.
