Ali also runs outdoor group training on the Central Coast NSW.
Classes include a mix of Circuit (Bootcamp) style training incorporating boxing, Pilates and core exercises, strength (resistance training using dumbells, medicine balls, barbells and kettlebells), suspension ropes training, resistance bands and more.
These sessions are for women of any age and circumstance (i.e teens, young women, pregnancy, postpartum, menopausal, or have never had children).
The sessions are focused on women’s physiology and women’s health and take place at Ettalong Oval on Mondays and Wednesdays. This product is for 1 x training session per week.
