Luna Physiotherapy Class (4x Sessions) PILATES : BUMP


Pilates with an experienced teacher can be transformational – to overcome pain, stiffness, weakness or just general ‘bleh’ from being too sedentary!

With a strong focus on breathing, alignment and core muscle engagement, pilates helps to build a strong foundation for more enjoyment and confidence in your body for a healthy pregnancy and recovery.



This group class is tailored to your needs, based on your pre-class physiotherapy consultation with Claire Dunn at Luna Physiotherapy. Each session will draw upon Clinical Pilates, Natural Movement, and Functional Strength Training.

Bookings are made and classes are held at luna Physiotherapy, this product is for payment of your sessions.
